Harish is an inspiring public speaker and certified transformational coach, and the Co-founder of Power Alchemy a purpose-driven education and coaching venture based in Bangalore, launched with his partner Manjula.
With over six years of experience in the field, Harish has guided 100+ individuals through powerful breakthroughs in relationships, career growth, parenting, leadership, and personal mastery. His work blends ancient spiritual wisdom with modern, proven techniques to create lasting transformation from within.
Widely respected across Karnataka, Harish is known for his deep, intuitive coaching style and his ability to help people reconnect with their purpose, unlock inner potential, and design the life they truly desire.

2002 – 2003: The beginning of me
My journey of self-discovery began during my college days, inspired by a deep yearning to understand life’s true purpose. Guided by spiritual masters like Sri Krishnamurthy Guruji and the wisdom of Yogic Science, I found the path to self-realization and inner growth.
2008 - 2013: Turning point of coaching journey
A turning point in my journey was meeting Mr. Bheemesh Reddy, whose blend of ancient wisdom and science-based spirituality introduced me to the power of coaching. His teachings transformed my perspective, leading us to conduct life-changing workshops on relationships, parenting, and meditation.
2009 - 2024: Coaching path along with IT career
While pursuing a successful IT career, I simultaneously walked the path of coaching, I actively collaborated with LB Academy and KBR Foundation to conduct workshops and offer coaching for individuals. During this journey, I had the privilege of learning from many teachers and mentors, gaining valuable life skills and insights.
2024 - 2025: Certified Transformational Coach in action
My vision took shape with the creation of Power Alchemy a platform for inner transformation through spiritual wisdom, science, and proven methods as I immersed myself in the study of coaching, mastering ICF standards and powerful NLP techniques to unlock life’s true potential.
I have already earned multiple certifications and am actively pursuing globally recognized credentials from ICF and ABNLP, further deepening my expertise to deliver impactful and professional coaching experiences.
2025: Certified NLP Practitioner by The American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (ABNLP) and trained under the standards of the International Association of Professional Coaches, Counselors, and Therapists (IAPCCT).
